Little Theatre of Watertown has received several awards for its production The Foreigner, which was presented by the group in late February and early March.
The Theater Association of New York State honored the troupe for its production of the comedy, written by Larry Shue, with five awards.
The awards:
■ Excellence in ensemble work to director Sarah M. Hovey, cast and crew.
■ Excellence in acting to Jane Bowman Jenkins for her portrayal of Betty.
■ Excellence in acting to Terry Burgess for his portrayal of Charlie.
■ Meritorious achievement in acting to Colton Mangon for his portrayal of Ellard.
■ Meritorious achievement in design to Sherman A. Ward Jr., and in execution to Christine Godfrey for the ensembles work on the disappearing Clansman apparatus.
