Kristy S. Stoner, 43, of 20627 Three Mile Point Road, Chaumont, was charged by city police Tuesday night with trespassing.

Police said they ordered her to leave the Pewter Mug, 1313 State St., but she refused to do so. She was given an appearance ticket for City Court.
