NORFOLK—Arrangements for 101 year old Irene H. LaBarge, a resident of the St. Regis Nursing Home in Massena and formerly of Norfolk, are incomplete at this time with the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk. Mrs. LaBarge passed away early Thursday morning at the nursing home. The Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk is serving the family of Irene H. LaBarge.
