RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Devan M. Cooke, 18, of Fort Covington with first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest Thursday following an investigation into an incident that took place July 17 in the town of Moira. Troopers said Cooke was Charged Thursday when he was at the St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police headquarters.



UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Philip N. Barbour, 19, of Malone with unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 2:20 p.m. Thursday on County Route 4 in the town of Bombay.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - RAYMONDVILLE - Massena-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 7:37 a.m. Thursday on state Route 56, near Route 310, in the town of Norfolk. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Casey L. Littlejohn, 24, of Massena and Laura A. George, 46, of Massena.



UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Kinsley M. Robert, 21, of Massena for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle and operation of a vehicle with inadequate stoplamps following a traffic stop at 3 a.m. Friday on Alvern Avenue.



UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA -Village police charged Kortnie I. Caldwell, 20, of 173 Chase Mills Road, Chase Mills, with unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed her for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate headlight following a traffic stop at 9:55 p.m. Thursday on Route 37.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Keith J. Connors Jr., 37, of 55 West Main St., Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a vehicle with no insurance and a suspended registration following a traffic stop at 3:40 p.m. Thursday on Andrews Street.



UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Alfred J. Sawinski, 22, of Massena for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 1:51 p.m. Thursday on East Orvis Street.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Amanda V. Durant, 21, of Cady Road, Lawrenceville, for speed in zone (47/30) following a traffic stop at 1:51 p.m. Thursday on East Hatfield Street.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Allen W. Rowledge, 31, of Chase Mills for a stop sign violation following a traffic stop at 9:35 a.m. Thursday on Grove Street near Ridgewood Avenue.
