CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - COLTON - Canton-based state police charged Jessica A. Klemko, 22, of South Colton with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers March 11 from the town of Colton. Troopers had charged Randolph K. Reed, 49, of South Colton with second-degree harassment on March 12 stemming from that same complaint.

DWAI - PLATTSBURGH - Valcour-based state police charged Heather J. Morrow, 33, of Massena with driving while ability impaired by alcohol following a traffic stop at 12:39 a.m. Sunday in the town of Plattsburgh. A DWAI charge is lodged when a driver’s blood alcohol content is 0.06 or 0.07 percent.
