Robert D. Ieppert, 25, of 202 W. Main Street, Upper Apt., is accused of striking a rear window, causing it to shatter, at the home of Amy St. Croix, 511 Cooper St.

He was charged by Watertown police with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 12:55 a.m. Friday and was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket answerable in City Court.
