GRAND LARCENY - POTSDAM - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Michelle L. Beebie, 37, of 421 Hardscrabble Road, Lisbon, with fourth-degree grand larceny. She was arraigned by Pierrepont Town Justice Robert Camp and released after posting $1,000 cash bail. The arrest stemmed from an investigation into the rental of a vehicle from October 2012 through January 2013 from Countrywide Rental Car in the town of Potsdam. She reportedly failed to pay $2,659.42 for payments for the vehicle rental.
