Watertown police arrested Eric A. Strader, 47, of 415 Gotham St., Apt. 5, at 9:14 p.m. Saturday at 830 Washington St. on a charge of disorderly conduct.

He is accused of standing in the parking lot at Samaritan Medical Center and yelling loudly in front of several hospital workers and passers-by, despite repeated warnings from police to desist.

He was sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and held on $100 bail pending his arraignment Sunday.
