Watertown police arrested Andrew V. LaVere, 27, of 241 Goodale St., Upper Apt., at home at 1:50 a.m. Sunday on a bench warrant issued by Watertown City Court.

He was sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where he was processed and held on $300 bail or $600 bond pending his arraignment Sunday.
