Jenson A. Dore, 29, Syracuse, was charged by Watertown police at 5 a.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct.

He is accused of waking up neighbors of Alicia A. Camidge, 318 W. Hoard St., by yelling during a domestic incident.

He was sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and held pending arraignment Sunday.
