Tasha A. Vincent, 20, of 1708 Ohio St., Apt. 68, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 3 a.m. Tuesday with disorderly conduct.

Deputies said she screamed in the parking lot of the Watertown Budget Inn, 19926 Route 11, town of Watertown, causing others to be alarmed.

She was given an appearance ticket for Watertown Town Court.
