Benjamin J. Arzikovic, 25, of 20336 Bagram Road, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 12:15 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of Factory Street with disorderly conduct.

He is accused of yelling profanities to people across the street while standing on the sidewalk.

He was released to military custody and given an appearance ticket for City Court.
