Christopher A. Sawyer, 37, of 202 Cedar St., was arrested Monday at 10:25 a.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear and a St. Lawrence County Court bench for a probation violation, city police said.

Nolan C. Monroe, 19, of 815 Ford Ave., was ticketed Sunday at 11:50 p.m. at State Street and Riverside Avenue for failure to stop at a stop sign, city police said.

Payam Model, 20, of Rochester, was arrested Sunday at 8:35 p.m. at the U.S. port of entry for unlawful possession of marijuana, Ogdensburg police said.

Jeffrey R. Bush, 30, of Star Lake, was arrested Sunday at 2:08 p.m. on Fine Street for aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated by drugs, operating a motor vehicle in violation of restrictions, following too closely, unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, city police reported. He was released to the supervision of probation.

Terri L. Devries, 29, of 224 McIlwee Road, Heuvelton, was arrested Sunday at 12:01 a.m. for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Ogdensburg police said she banged on the door of the home of Kellie L. Migliaccio, 911 New York Ave. She was released on her own recognizance.

Andrew A. Ashley, 40. of Daytona Beach, Fla., was issued a summons Saturday at 1:20 a.m. Downtown Arterial Highway and Commerce Street for failure to stop at a stop sign, city police reported.

Lori A. Whiteford, 46, of 321 Adams Ave., was ticketed Friday at 11:40 p.m. on the Spring Street Bridge for speeding, Ogdensburg police said.

Jesse R. McGaw, 39, of 927 Washington St., was arrested Friday at 3:17 p.m. for second-degree harassment, criminal obstruction of breathing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. City police said he choked his wife, Anissa M., 37, and hit her as she held the couples 2-year-old daughter. He was released to the supervision of probation and told to abide by an order of protection for his wife.

Fern E. Barber, 18, of 815 Main St., was arrested Monday at 1:55 p.m. on a city court arrest warrant for second-degree harassment, Ogdensburg police reported. She was released on her own recognizance and told to abide by a no-harassment order of protection.

Michael J. Nugent, 28, of 1848 Jay St., was arrested Monday at 12:30 p.m. on a city court arrest warrant for third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child, city police said. On March 1, he allegedly hit Maranda M. Serson, 21, of Ogdensburg, in front of her 2-year-old daughter. He was released after posting $3,000 bail and was told to abide by a no-harassment order of protection for Miss Serson.

Wesley D. Schofell, 24, of 315 Lafayette St., was arrested Monday at 1:50 p.m. on a city court arrest warrant for a Feb. 11 charge of forcible touching, Ogdensburg police said. Details were not available from police or city court.
