Kurt M. Bjork, 24, of 121 Belmont Courts, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Saranac Lake on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant and transported to county jail, Canton, Ogdensburg police said. He is scheduled for arraignment today. No further details were available.
