FORCIBLE TOUCHING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police reported Thursday they had charged Matthew J. Ireland, 26, of Akwesasne with forcible touching, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child on March 12. Police said the charges stemmed from an incident that reportedly took place on March 5. Ireland was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
