Blake V. Moore, 23, of 333 Sterling St., Apt. 4, was charged by Watertown police Wednesday evening at his residence with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to signal a turn.

Police said Mr. Moore did not have a prescription for two alprazolam pills he possessed.

He was released after posting $500 police bail and summoned to appear in City Court.
