Two people were charged on Wednesday by state police with petit larceny after they allegedly took a pair of HD televisions from Walmart Supercenter, town of LeRay.

Police said Travis D. Davis, 27, of 114 Meadow Ave., and Amanda S. Johnson, 31, of 29822 Route 3, Apt. 10, Black River, wheeled the televisions out to their parked cars on March 12 and 20. The 43-inch plasma TV that was allegedly taken was valued at $398; the value of a 32-inch TV was not available Friday.

Both people were given appearance tickets for LeRay Town Court.
