Pamelia- The Hon. Robert H. Austin, 88, Pamelia Town Justice for 22 years and former 10 term, 10th Ward Supervisor, for the Jefferson County Board of Legislators, passed away Thursday morning at his home under the care of his family and Hospice of Jefferson County. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Watertown.
