Ogdensburg police ticketed Judith A. Adams, 70, of 1425 Washington St., Watertown, at 6:41 p.m. Thursday following a two-car accident at the intersection of Greene and Morris streets for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign. No injuries were reported.

City police ticketed Dustin A. Richer, 32, of 910 Ford St., Apt. 1, at 12:26 p.m. Friday on the 1000 block of Ford Street for driving without a passenger’s side brake light and unlicensed operation.
