FELONY DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Todd A. Connors, 46, of Akwesasne with felony counts of driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 9 p.m. Monday in the westbound lane of state Route 37 in the town of Massena. He was also charged with refusing to take a breath test and use of a vehicle without the mandated interlock device stemming from a prior DWI conviction. He was also ticketed for traveling the wrong way on a one-way lane of Route 37.



CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Rebecca L. Marquess, 19, of Moira with criminal mischief, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree harassment following a complaint received at 6:10 p.m. Monday from the town of Moira.



CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Billie Jean Valley, 35, of Bombay with second-degree criminal impersonation at 11:33 a.m. Monday at 1275 state Route 95. The charge stemmed from an incident reported to troopers at 9 a.m. March 7 from the town of Bombay.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents on Monday. Among those were:

■ Mark John Stahle, 28, of Brasher Falls at 8:24 p.m. on County Route 38, near Pike Road, in the town of Brasher.

■ Gabriel J. Susice, 43, of St. Regis Falls at 12:10 p.m. on South River Road, near state Route 458, in the town of Santa Clara.

■ Catherine A. Sutton, 28, of Colton at 7:07 a.m. on state Route 72, near Santamont Road, in the town of Hopkinton.
