Richard K. Goolden, 50, of 11 Grove St., was arrested Tuesday at 1:10 p.m. on an Ogdensburg City Court bench warrant failure to appear, Ogdensburg police said.


Kyle T. Lawrence, 21, of 2688 County Route 28, Madrid, was ticketed Tuesday at 10:04 a.m. on State Street for cell phone use and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, city police reported.


Ogdensburg police were notified Tuesday at 6:59 a.m. that counterfeit currency of undisclosed denomination was received at Twin Bridges Convenient Mart and Deli, 40 Main St.


Jamie L. Nichols, 29, of 406 New York Ave., was arrested Monday at 3:10 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear. She was also arrested on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant for probation violation and was sent to the county jail in Canton.
