AGGRAVATED DWI - MASSENA - Jennifer M. O’Brien, 23, of 62 Stoughton Ave, Massena, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated by Massena-based state police following a traffic stop at 2:42 a.m. Sunday on Route 37 in Massena. O’Brien was stopped for speeding and failure to keep right. Her blood alcohol content was measured at 0.18 percent, the threshold that elevates a DWI count to an aggeavated DWI charge.

AGGRAVATED DWI - MASSENA - Jaade R. Oakes, 24, of 207 St. Regis Road, Hogansburg, was charged by Massena-based state police with aggravated DWI at 2:42 a.m. Saturday after being stopped for allegedly making an unsafe turn on Route 37, Massena. His blood alcohol content was measured at 0.18 percent, police said. A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - WINTHROP - Marcus J. Logan, 23, of 248 Route 420, Winthrop, was charged by Winthrop-based state police with aggravated harassment following a complaint received at 1:23 p.m. Friday. Troopers said that during a phone argument Logan told his ex-wife, whom police did not name, that if she did not give him their children, he would burn her house down. An order of protection was issued directing Logan to stay away from the woman.

Logan was released to appear in Stockholm Town Court.

ASSAULT - BRASHER FALLS - Winthrop-based state police charged Terry L. Truax, 59, of 641 atate Route 11C, Winthrop, with third-degree assault Saturday morning following an incident reported to troopers at 7:15 p.m. March 20 in the town of Brasher. Truax reportedly pushed an acquaintance during an argument and the man fractured his shoulder when he fell on the floor.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - POTSDAM - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents Sunday and early Monday morning. Among those were:

■ Mallory L. Godreau, 22, of St. Regis Falls at 8:09 p.m. Sunday on state Route 56, near the Pleasant Valley Road, in the town of Potsdam.

■ Patricia H. Clark, 55, of Potsdam at 4:35 a.m. Monday on County Route 35, near the Ames Road, in the town of Potsdam.

BENCH WARRANT - Massena-based state police picked up Anthony J. Brothers, 28, of 52 Maple St., Apt. 3, Massena, on a bench warrant. Troopers said Brothers turned himself on a warrant that had been issued by Massena Town Court for failure to appear as directed in court on a petit larceny charge. He was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and released on his own recognizance to reappear April 24 in town court.
