Frenchie’s Chevrolet dealership building improvements completed

MASSENA - Frenchie’s Chevrolet construction is finally over.

“It’s finally finished,” said Frenchie Coupal, owner and CEO of the local Chevrolet dealership. “After many months and a lot of sweat and sometimes tears, we are now ready to go to the next level. We are so thankful for our loyal customers who have stayed with us through this construction as well as throughout our history, without them we would be lost.”

Many new amenities await the customers stopping in at the newly remodeled dealership. From sales to service the customer experience will be state of the art.

The final part of the Frenchie’s Chevrolet complete makeover fell into place Monday with the opening of the new “Customer Service Drive.”

“This will be a great convenience for the customer,” according to Frenchie’s Chevrolet Service Manager Dennis Binan. “The customer will be out of the elements and will no longer have to deal with rain, snow, or cold when dropping off their vehicle.”

From now on customers will drive up to the overhead service entrance door that is marked “Certified Service.” A red and green light is positioned on the top right hand side of the door. When the light is green, a service advisor will open the door, and the customer will drive inside to get out of their vehicle. Service advisors Ken McQuoid and Alisa Lobdell will greet them and perform a thorough walk around and visual inspection of the vehicle.

Before the customer takes delivery of their vehicle, it will be washed, if the customer wishes, at no charge.

Stop in to Frenchie’s Chevrolet, 255 East Orvis Street, Massena, or for more information visit online at and experience the new Frenchie’s Chevrolet.
