Showtime gears up for its Spring Variety Show


Ogdensburg Showtime’s 2013 Spring Variety Show will be held at the George Hall Auditorium at Ogdensburg Free Academy on April 20at 7:15 p.m., April 21at 1:30 p.m. and April 22at 7:15 p.m.

Admission is $5 for adults, $2 for students, and children under 5 get in free.

Showtime 2013 will feature many familiar faces in the chorus, the special numbers and comedy skits. Several special guests will also join Showtime, including Don Woodcock and Dan Pearson, the Heuvelton Central School Junior Chorus, and Brian Nichols.

This year’s shows, under the direction of Tom Nichols, will offer an updated format including the above listed special guests. Showtime’s volunteers look forward to presenting shows including comedy and music ranging from gospel to Broadway which are family oriented and that showcase the many talented local voices.

Come and enjoy the shows in this 70-year tradition while supporting local agencies that assist neighbors and friends as well as strangers in need of assistance.

Showtime is sponsored by the Msgr. A. D. Charbonneau Council 258 Knights of Columbus. Proceeds are donated to a variety of local charities.
