DEXTER — Bri Arthur netted five goals as the Watertown girls lacrosse team edged General Brown, 12-10, in a Frontier League game on Friday night in the Wounded Warrior Tournament at General Brown High School.

Morgan Cadwell scored three goals and Morgan Girardi supplied two goals and two assists for the Cyclones (3-0, 2-0).

Bryanna Fazio totaled seven points, including five assists, for the Lions (1-2, 1-1).

IHC 13, INDIAN RIVER 7

Kayla Miles tallied four goals as the Cavaliers used a strong second half to down the Warriors in a Frontier League game, also part of the Wounded Warrior Tournament.

Olivia Miles and Danielle Pound each provided three goals and an assist for Immaculate Heart Central (4-1, 1-1).

Katie Brierton paced Indian River (1-2, 1-1) with four goals and Paige Fayette chipped in with three.

BOYS TRACK AND FIELD

BRYANT SECOND IN LONG JUMP

Darrius Bryant placed second in the long jump for Indian River at the Cicero-North Syracuse Relays.

Shelton Williams tied for fourth place in the high jump, while the Warriors’ 1,600 relay took second place.

Mathew Olney of Watertown finished third in the high jump.

GIRLS TRACK AND FIELD

CONNERS, THOMPSON WIN AT TULLY

Leah Conners of South Jefferson and Gabby Thompson of Lyme each captured events to highlight area competitors at the Tully Girls Friday Night Invitational.

Conners won the discus throw, and Thompson claimed the 1,500-meter run.

Also for the Spartans, Jackie Miller placed third in the 3,000, Olivia Barker was third in the high jump, and Megan Washburn took third in the discus.

n Elizabeth Kolodgy took fourth place in the shot put for Indian River at the Cicero-North Syracuse Relays.
