Sally P. Bocciolatt, 88, 216 Wyoming Avenue, Watertown, passed away Sunday April 14, 2013, at her home under the care of her family, caregivers and Hospice of Jefferson County.

Mrs. Bocciolatt was born December 23, 1924, in Watertown NY, a daughter of Harold T. and Frances Pepper O’Brien. Mrs. Bocciolatt graduated from Watertown High School in 1943. On April 2, 1948 she married Robert V. Bocciolatt at Saint Mary’s Church in Evans Mills, with Reverend J.K. Dewey officiating. Mr. Bocciolatt died December 31, 2005. Mrs. Bocciolatt was a home maker; taking pride in her home, family and the time they spent together. In the 1970’s she was a seamstress for Boys and Men’s Specialty Shop on Arsenal Street. She was a communicant of Holy Family Church, a long time member of Home Bureau, enjoyed sewing, knitting, long rides with her husband in the Adirondack Mountains and traveling.

Surviving are two sons and a daughter in-law John R., West Linn, OR, Michael V. and Julie, Chaumont, NY, a daughter and her husband Sarah A. and Lance Campbell, Watertown, a brother and his wife Timothy and Barbara O’Brien, Watertown, a sister M. Jane O’Brien, Watertown, six grandchildren, Jay and Jon-Michael Passerino, TJ and Kelly Bocciolatt, Morgan and Skyler Bocciolatt, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, her caregivers, Carolyn Pitkin, Celeste LaLonde, Chrissy Banville and Jacqueline Sweitzer. A sister Ann F. Calarco died before her.

Calling hours will be on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 at D.L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc. A prayer service will be held at 9:15 Wednesday at the funeral home followed by a funeral mass at 10:00 am at Holy Family Church with Reverend Stephen Murray officiating.
