Ogdensburg police ticketed John R. Clark, 43, of 111 Lafayette St., at 11:25 p.m. Friday on the 800 block of Lafayette Street for speeding.

City police charged Daniel M. Weidner, 34, of 13 Old State Road, at 2:01 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Oak Street with an open container violation.

City police arrested Robert Rosado Jr., 37, of 231 Denny St., at 8:53 a.m. Saturday on the 300 block of Ford Street on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear. Mr. Rosado was originally charged with second-degree harassment. He was arraigned and released under his own recognizance.

Andrea L. Hayden, 34, of 7519 County Route 27, was ticketed by police at 2:11 p.m. Saturday at 304 Rensselaer Ave. for a parking violation.

Police ticketed Erika R. Schrader, 24, 312 Knox St., apt. 3, at 3:40 p.m. at 309 Knox St. for having an unlicensed dog.

Charles R. Conklin, 35, of 809 Pickering St., was charged by city police at 12:54 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of New York Avenue and Pine Street with an open container violation.

Andrew D. Ladouceur, 23, of 478 Haggert Road, was charged by city police at 1:27 a.m. Sunday on the 800 block of New York Avenue for disorderly conduct, an open container violation and littering.

City police charged Ashley H. Given, 36, of 702 Cedar St., at 2:05 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Oak Street with an open container violation.

City police issued an appearance ticket to Janet Torres, 56, of 202 Spruce St., at 9:29 a.m. Sunday at her house for second-degree harassment. Police said she is accused of physically threatening someone at 717 Proctor Ave.

Jose A. Medina, 32, of 207 Mansion Ave., was arrested by police at 8:16 a.m. Monday at the Norris Addiction Center at 1732 South Ave., Rochester, on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant. Mr. Medina was arraigned and released to probation supervision.

Michael A. Garcia, 50, of 325 Jefferson Ave., was arrested by city police at 9:35 a.m. Monday at the county Probation Department, 206 Ford St., on a city court bench warrant for violating probation. He was arraigned and taken to county jail, Canton, where he was held on $1,000 bail.

City police ticketed David P. Kio, 55, of 418 Main St., at 10:47 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of State Street for driving without brake lights.

Wilbur D. Williams, 61, of County Route 6, was ticketed at 12:37 p.m. Monday on the 700 block of Park Street for driving with an illegal windshield. The windshield was severely damaged, city police said.

City police arrested Cassie N. Remillard, 28, of 159 Lincoln Ave., at 12:59 p.m. Monday in Waddington on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear in court. She was arraigned and released under her own recognizance. No further details were available.

City police arrested Daniel V. Dominie, 40, of 522 King St., at 1:07 p.m. Monday at Horwood Place on Ford Street Extension on a County Court bench warrant for a probation violation. He was arraigned and released to probation supervision.

City police arrested Nathan J. Gladle, 27, of 1810 Ford Street, at 2:28 p.m. Monday at 526 Linden St. on a County Court bench warrant for a probation violation. He was turned over to state police.

George W. Durand, 33, of 813 Mechanic St., was arrested by city police at 3:25 p.m. Monday at the police station for a County Court bench warrant. He was originally charged with third-degree burglary and trespass. Mr. Durand was released with an appearance ticket. No further details were available.
