Former Watertown Mayor T. Urling Walker, right, cuts the ribbon on a revitalized stained glass window being held by Salvation Army Lt. Summer Hough, left, and Clayton artist Janet M. Sullins, center.

The window was one of two stained glass windows used as signs for the original Salvation Army in downtown Watertown. The window was misplaced and broken at a Salvation Army camp in the Finger Lakes. Upon rediscovery, Ms. Sullins was comissioned to repair the damage.
