Charmaine E. Norton Dillabough, 56, 1106 Coffeen Street, Apt. 2A, died Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at her home while under the care of Hospice of Jefferson County and her family.
Born, June 3, 1956, in Watertown the daughter of George and Lillian Curtis Dillabough. She graduated from Watertown High School. She and her mother ran their own house cleaning service for many years retiring because of her illness. Charmaine loved fishing and the outdoors.
She is survived by her fiancée, Anthony Fields, three sons, Carson John Beebee, Buddy and Richard Price, two brothers George Dillabough, Washington State and Dennis Dillabough, Adams. A brother James died before her.
