OGDENSBURG Alyssa McCauley threw a no-hitter, leading the Malone softball team to a 1-0 win over Ogdensburg Free Academy in an Northern Athletic Conference Central Division game on Thursday.
McCauley struck out 12 and allowed only three walks to the Blue Devils (1-1 overall and division).
Anne Sharlow drove in the only run for Malone (2-0) with a single in the fourth inning, scoring Whitney Legacy, who had doubled.
CANTON 15, SALMON RIVER 0
Beth Pearson and Emma Rexford combined to one-hit the Shamrocks (0-1) in a Central Division game in Fort Covington.
Katie Christy went 3-for-3 for Canton (1-2, 1-0).
CHATEAUGAY 8, COLTON-PIERREPONT 6
Courtney Boyea struck out 12 to send Chateaugay past the Colts (2-1) in an East Division game in South Colton.
Emily Dwyer led the Bulldogs (1-0) with three hits, and Boyea and Abby Barnes each provided two hits.
Kaitlin Miller hit a two-run home run for the Colts and Andrea Aldous had two hits.
ST. LAWRENCE 11, BRUSHTON-MOIRA 0
Lindsey Thayer struck out 11 and threw a no-hitter to lead St. Lawrence Central past the Panthers (2-1) in an interdivision game in Brushton.
Noelle Rufa and Hailey Agans each had two hits for the Larries (1-0).
NORWOOD-NORFOLK 6, MASSENA 1
Cody Smith struck out eight as Norwood-Norfolk defeated the Red Raiders (0-2) in a nonleague game in Massena.
Smith also drove in two runs for the Flyers (1-0) with a single in the sixth inning.

Alex Johnson had two hits to send the Huskies (1-0) past OFA in a Central Division game in Malone.

Terry Hall homered and singled and Kaden Dandrow went 4-for-4 with six RBIs to send Edwards-Knox past the Red Devils (0-2) in a West Division game in Hammond.
Tyler Sharpstene had five hits for the Cougars (1-1), and Derek Clark went 4-for-6 with four RBIs.
Nolan Martin and Jon Winchester each had three hits for Hammond and Chris Sherron added two.

Skylar Thomas tallied four goals to send Salmon River (4-0) past the Golden Bears in an NAC game in Fort Covington.
Kason Tarbell and Kyle Lewis each scored three goals for Salmon River, and Dalston Day provided two goals and two assists. Trenton Tarbell, Sky Sunday and Russ Oakes all scored twice.
Peyton VanBibber, Garrett Glasgow and Isaac Thrasher scored for Canton (2-1).

Marshall Berninghausen produced three goals as the Larries (3-1) knocked off OFA in an NAC game in Brasher Falls.
Ian Lynch scored two goals and Blake Baldwin added one goal and two assists for the Larries.
Andy Roddy scored twice for OFA (1-2) with Jake Garrison adding another goal.

Grayson Phillips had a five-goal effort to send the Red Raiders (2-2) past Potsdam in an NAC contest in Massena.
Rhoades Tarbell scored three goals and Tyler Simms added two. Sako Rourke, Ross Driscoll and Noah Ransom added single goals.
Stephen Lewis led Potsdam (2-2) with four goals. Chad Varney and Garrett Kilgore scored twice and Hayden Hart added another goal.
SARANAC LAKE 9, COLTON-PIERREPONT 6
Seth Pickerings six goals sent Saranac Lake (1-3) past the Colts in an NAC game in Colton.
Gyle Dominy led the Colts (0-5, 0-4) with four goals.
POTSDAM 10, MASSENA 5
Michaela Cole scored four goals as Potsdam handed the Red Raiders (2-1) their first NAC loss since 2010 in Massena.
Nettie Rish scored three goals while Kalie Grant added two for Potsdam (3-1, 3-0). Jenny Tardelli also scored.
Dominique Valancius led Massena with three goals. Alisha Jacobs and Ashlyn Olson also scored for the Red Raiders.
GIRLS TRACK AND FIELD
CANTON 164, MALONE 150
Laura Pierce won three individual events to lead Canton past the Huskies in the opening NAC meet at Malone.
Pierce claimed the 1,500-meter run as well as the 800 and 3,000 for Canton.
BOYS TRACK AND FIELD
MALONE 164, CANTON 65
Aaron Sharlow finished first in the triple jump, long jump and high jump to send the Huskies past Canton in the NAC opener in Malone.
Harvey Smith won the 100 and 400 for Malone. Duncan Marshall claimed the shot put and discus and Conor Gordon won the 1,600 and 3,200.
