LOWVILLE Village police have charged a 10th suspect as part of a sweep of arrests in connection with suspected drug dealing in Lewis County.
Andrew Meda, 33, of 7575 S. State St., was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a Class B felony. Police allege he sold heroin in the village .
He was taken into custody Thursday evening following the morning arrest of nine others in the two-year investigation by village, state and county authorities. He was arraigned in Village Court and taken to the county jail on $10,000 cash bond or $20,000 secured bond.
