PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police from around the region investigated several property damage accidents Wednesday. Among those were:

■ Michael M. Brockway , 30, of Fort Covington at 7:26 a.m. on state Route 37, near Keystone Road, in the town of Lisbon.

■ Catherine A. Sutton, 28, of Colton at 7:30 a.m. on County Route 5, near the Decker Road, in the town of Dickinson.

■ Brian D. Gray, 29, of Brushton at 9:30 p.m. on state Route 30, near County Route 4, in the town of Malone.

MENACING - BRUSHTON - Malone-based state police charged Michael A. Morrell, 17, of Brushton with second-degree menacing, second-degree criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident reported at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in the town of Brushton.
