ENDANGERING INCOMPETENT PERSON - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Kenneth J. Snyder, 33, of Fort Jackson with endangering an incompetent person Friday morning stemming from an investigation into a complaint received March 25 in the town of Louisville.

DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Andrew H. Mitchell, 61, of Hogansburg with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a stop at 11:19 p.m. Friday at the Massena port of entry.

DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged April M. Charleson, 32, of Winthrop with driving while intoxicated at 2:06 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Church Street in the town of Brasher. She was also ticketed for a stop sign violation.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WEST STOCKHOLM - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 11:50 p.m. Friday on Route 11, near the Old Market Road, in the town of Stockholm. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Phuoc Thanh Nguyen, 37, of Potsdam.
