A Watertown teen was accused Friday of breaking a glass globe on a light pole in the 500 block of Grant Street. Watertown police charged Rian M. MacGregor, 16, of 845 Starbuck Ave., Apt. 1702, with fourth-degree criminal mischief, answerable in City Court. The $50 globe is owned by National Grid.
