UNLAWFUL IMPRISONMENT - MASSENA - Village police charged Robert A. Gonyou, 36, of 2 Ripley St., Massena, with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief as the result of a domestic dispute at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday.

He reportedly started throwing items around the home, including a table he threw across he room, and broke the windows in two doors when he slammed them during the argument. Tina Fumano said Gonyou pulled her back into the house several times when she attempted to leave the residence.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged John a. Bigtree, 26, of Hogansburg with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 12:26 a.m. Wednesday on East Orvis Street.

UNPAID PARKING TICKETS - MASSENA - Village police issued Tracy Morin, 48, of 75 Beach St., Massena, a summons at 9:42 p.m. Tuesday for failure to pay approximately a dozen parking tickets.

UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Christopher J. Barney, 35, of Cook Road, Massena, for unsafe backing at 5:04 p.m. Tuesday following a property damage accident at the Massena High School parking lot.
