FORGED INSTRUMENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Dylan E. Bovay, 19, of 345A Gulf Road, Colton, formerly of Daytona Beach, Fla., with a felony count of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and ticketed him for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 11:55 a.m. Sunday on East Orvis Street. He reportedly had altered a 10-day inspection sticker on the 1998 Dodge he was operating so its expiration date read May 9, 2013 rather than its original May 9, 2012. Bovay was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after he was found in possession of a multi-colored smoking pipe with marijuana residue and a glass skull container with marijuana residue during the traffic stop. He was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and released under the supervision of the probation department.

DWI - COLTON - Canton-based state police charged Bridget M. Morrisey, 29, of Madrid with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for speeding following an accident at 5:02 a.m. Friday on state Route 56, near White Road, in the town of Colton. Morrisey was transported to Canton-Potsdam Hospital for treatment of her injuries.

HARASSMENT - HOPKINTON - Canton-based state police charged Lisa M. Randall, 47, of Potsdam with second-degree harassment and second-degree menacing after responding to a complaint of a domestic dispute at 5:05 p.m. Friday in the town of Hopkinton.

DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Haylee A. Jacco, 22, of Akwesasne with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle and a license plate violation following a stop at 4:12 a.m. Monday at the U.S. port of entry in Massena.

FALSE WRITTEN STATEMENT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged a 12-year-old male with making a false written statement and third-degree falsely reporting an incident Saturday following an investigation into a complaint filed with troopers at 9:06 p.m. Friday.

RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged Larry E. Bobbie, 54, of Brushton with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle and ticketed him for a seat belt violation after responding to a vehicle and traffic complaint at 12:09 p.m. Sunday from the town of Constable.
