OPEN CONTAINER - POTSDAM - Village police charged Richard R Lennox, 22, of Brewster with an open container violation and littering at 12:39 a,m. Sunday on Pierrepont Avenue. Police said they observed Lennox walking north on Pierrepont Avenue in possession of open container of alcohol, drop it on the sidewalk and continue walking.



PUBLIC URINATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Ramiro F. Calle, 22, of Brodheadsville, Pa.,with public urination at 2:15a.m. Sunday on Market Street.



UNNECESSARY NOISE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Jeffrey R. Sciera, 22, of Dewitt with unnecessary noise - yelling at 11:28p.m. Sunday on Bay Street after responding to a complain tof a loud party on Bay Street.



CELL PHONE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Danielle E. Kleeman, 23, of Chester Vt., for driving while using a mobile phone at 6:32 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop by the bike patrol on Market Street.



NO SEATBELT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Spencer W. Elias, 24, of Merrick for driving with no seatbelt following a traffic stop by the bike patrol at 6:15 p.m. Sunday on Market Street.



NO SEATBELT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Matthew D. Exware, 19, of Norwood for driving with no seatbelt on following a traffic stop by the bike patrol at 5:55 p.m. Sunday on Market Street.

0002 Received noise complaint on Bay Street. Patrol responded.

0039 Patrol observed subject with open container of alcohol on Pierrepont Avenue. Tickets issued.

0045 Received noise complaint on Clinton Street. Patrol responded.

0140 Traffic stop on Market Street. A verbal warning was issued.

0201 Received request to advise someone to leave an establishment on Market Street. Patrols responded and were advised the subject had left without incident.

0246 Received complaint of subjects acting disorderly on Maple Street. Patrol responded.

0331 Received call regarding male asleep inside restaurant on Market Street. Patrols responded.

1438 Reckless driving complaint. Patrols located the vehicles, and the drivers were issued verbal warnings.

1535 Patrol responded to Lowe’s to investigate an incident where two dogs were locked inside of a vehicle with the windows rolled up. It was determined that the dogs were in good health.

1545 Aggravated harassment complaint on Market Street. No arrest made.

1750 Traffic stop on Market Street.Verbal warning.

1755 Traffic stop. Ticket issued.
