TRESPASSING - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Jamie L. Perrin, 28, of Potsdam with trepassing after responding to a complaint at 5:02 p.m. May 6 at the Potsdam Walmart, 7494 Route 11, town of Potsdam.
CRIMINAL POSSESSION WEAPON - GOUVERNEUR - Gouverneur-based state police charged Sandra J. Moerlins, 43, of Massena with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana following a stop at 11:08 p.m. Monday on Route 11 in the town of Gouverneur.
MENACING - BUCKTON - Massena-based state police charged Merlin P. Guyette, 43, of 44 Scott Road, Winthrop, with second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment after responding to a complaint at 7:26 p.m. Monday in the town of Stockholm. Guyette reportedly displayed a .22 magnum rifle during a domestic dispute and threatened to shoot Deborah A. King during a domestic dispute. That is what you need, a bullet in the head. Should have done it last night, Guyette reportedly told Ms. King during the argument. He was reportedly intoxicated at the time of the incident. Guyette was arraigned by Stockholm Town Justice Wayne Williams and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - ST. REGIS FALLS - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents on Monday. Among those were:
■ Donna M. Bailey, 54, of St. Regis Falls at 8:48 a.m. on Route 458, near the Howe Road, in the town of Waverly.
■ Robert H. Preston, 68, of Dickinson Center and Troy K. Hazen, 36, of Brushton were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 3:17 p.m. on County Route 5, near Bingham Hill Road, in the town of Moira.
