NUISANCE DOG - POTSDAM - Village police charged Pamela J. Maurer, 55, of Potsdam wiyj having a nuisance dog at 8:10 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street. The charge stemmed from an incident on May 4 when her dog began chasing after another dog in front of her residence. The dogs did not make contact with one another.
AVOIDING TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Dennis W. Clark, 32, of St. Regis Fallsfor avoiding a traffic control device following a traffic stop at 1:08 p.m. Wednesday after he was observed cutting through the Big Lots parking lot from Market Street to the May Road.
