Kenneth M. Gould Sr., 77, of 26692 NYS Rt. 3, Watertown passed May 8, 2013 at his home.

A funeral service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, May 11th at the Bruce Funeral Home, Black River. Burial will follow at the Black River Cemetery.Calling hours will 1-3 p.m.Saturady at the funeral home.

He was born on July 4, 1935 in Watertown, son of Lionel L. Gould and Iva P. Reynolds, he attended Watertown High School.

On September 16, 1960 he enlisted into the Navy Reserves and served 24 years. He was honorably discharged in 1984 as Petty Chief Officer/E7. While serving in the reserves Mr. Gould also worked at NY AirBrake as a machinist for 32 years, retiring in 1997.

He married Gene E. Groulx on November 9, 1985 in the Town of LeRay. Mr. Gould was a member of the Black River American Legion Post 673 and member of the Sons of the American Legion. He enjoyed hunting, golfing and puttering around the house.

Among his survivors are his wife, Gene E. Gould, Watertown; two sons, Kenneth M. Gould Jr. and his wife Holly, Maryland; Brian Gould; a daughter, Crystal Gould, Erie, PA; a brother, Raymond Gould, FL and several grandchildren.

A son, Scott Gould, a sister and a brother, Lionel Gould all passed before him.
