DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Thomas A. Zalocha, 22, of New Hartford and Ronald L. Freeman, 26, of Massena with disorderly conduct at 2:11a.m. Thursday on Market Street after police observed two males involved in an altercation. Police said the fight broke up when patrols arrived on the scene of the altercation.
STALKING - POTSDAM - Village police charged Sara Varney, 31, of Norfolk with fourth-degree stalking and first-degree harassment at 7:28p.m. Thursday following an investigation into a report she was harassing another person in public. She was released on an appearance ticket for May 24 in Potsdam Village Court.
INADEQUATE MUFFLER - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Brett E. Williamson, 21, of Potsdam for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate muffler following a traffic stop at 5:53 p.m. Thursday on Market Street.
SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Russell J. Monte, no age or address provided by police, for speed in zone (47/30) following a traffic stop at 10:03 p.m. Thursday on the Clarkson Access Road.
