State police arrested Richard J. Gebo, 42, of 19226 Route 11, and Jessica L. Gebo, 32, of 222 E. Main St., on charges of petit larceny for allegedly stealing an undisclosed amount of merchandise from Kohls department store, 21850 Towne Center Drive, on April 27.
Mr. Gebo was arrested at 7:30 a.m. Thursday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building. He was held there on $1,000 bail.
Ms. Gebo was arrested at 10 a.m. Thursday at 550 Coffeen St., Apt. 202. She was issued an appearance ticket for Watertown Town Court.
Mr. Gebo also was charged with petit larceny and second-degree criminal impersonation in another incident the same day in which he is accused of stealing $719.21 in merchandise from the Walmart Supercenter on Arsenal Street. According to police, he did not have identification and claimed to be someone else.
Bail also was set at $1,000 in that incident.
