ILLEGAL WINDOW TINT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Matthew C. Malu, 24, of 1841 Central Park Ave., Yonkers, on his front and rear windows at 8:24 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Woodlawn Avenue.



TRESPASSING - MASSENA - Village police charged Richard L. Schwaratfigure, 19, of 20 Parker Ave., Massena, with rtespassing at 12:21 a.m. Monday on Parker Avenue after an investigation into a series of complaints that he kept going to his ex-girlfriend’s residence at 16 Parker Ave. despite being told multiple times to stay off the property.



BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Rebecca L. Trimm, 36, of 187 Center St., Apt. 2, Massena, on a bench warrant issued by Fort Covington Town Court at 9:16 a.m. Friday. She was turned over to state police and transported to Fort Covington for an arraignment on the warrant.



UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Taylor P. Harper, 33, of Winthrop for unsafe backing at 6:27 p.m. Sunday following an investigation into a property damage accident on South Main at East Hatfield.



INADEQUATE EXHAUST - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Nicole M. Schofell, 28, of Grinell Avenue, Massena, with operation of a vehicle with an inadequate exhaust at 2:59 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Lincoln Place.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Ricky H. Rounds, 59, of Martin St., Massena, for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 10:20 a.m. Friday on South Main Street.
