DISSEMINATING INDECENT MATERIAL - RUSSELL - Canton-based state police charged a 13-year-old male with dissemination of indecent materials to a minor Monday following an investigation into an incident that took place Feb. 15 in the town of Russell. The juvenile’s case was turned over to the probation depsartment to determine if he will be petitioned to family court.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - BRUSHTON - Malone-based state police charged Chantel A. Snyder, 31, of Brushton with third-degree criminal mischief Monday following an investigation into an incident reported at 11:13 a.m. Monday from the town of Brushton. She was picked up early Monday afternoon at 15 Maplewood Drive, Moira, arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MOIRA - State police from around the region investigated several property danage accidents Tuesday from around the region. Among those were:

■ Andrew T. McCarthy, 22, of Brushton at 12:06 a.m. Monday on Southwoods Road, near McCarthy Road, in the town of Moira.
