Jason E. Kerr, 37, of 2 King St., was arrested Monday at 9:26 p.m. for second-degree criminal contempt. City police said he violated a court order of protection.

Rachel A. Gordon, 25, of 421 Hamilton St., was arrested Monday at 7:30 p.m. by Ogdensburg police for obstruction of governmental administration. Details were unavailable.

Joseph M. Bateman, 30, of 419 Mansion Ave., was arrested Monday at 7:28 p.m. on a city court warrant for fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree attempted assault. City police said that on May 18 he took $51 in cash from an apron belonging to Rachel A. Gordon, 25, of 421 Hamilton St., and threw a desk at her. He was sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $2,000 cash or $4,000 bail bond and is due back in city court on Friday.

Robert C. Jayson, 27, of 201 Cedar St., was arrested Monday at 6:32 p.m. on a city court warrant for second-degree burglary. Ogdensburg police said he took empty containers from the porch of the Yerdon residence, 300 Cedar St., on May 17.
