Watertown police arrested Crystal A. Grady, 30, of 170 Academy St., at 9:02 p.m. Friday on a charge of second-degree assault.
Police said she stabbed Adrian L. Miller, 170 Academy St., Apt. 606C, in the left biceps with a kitchen knife, causing a 1½-inch-deep puncture wound.
She also was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon for allegedly possessing a dangerous instrument with the intent to use it unlawfully against another. She was convicted of endangering the welfare of a child Nov. 25, 2008, in Ontario County Court.
She was sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where she was processed and held pending arraignment in Watertown City Court.
