Ladies Kickball League opens


On the opening night of the Sunday Night Ladies Kickball League sponsored by the Ogdensburg Parks & Recreation Department, Ogdensburg Bowl, Club 1812, The Pub and Peaked in High School were victorious.

Ogdensburg Bowl beat Howie’s 18-7 while Club 1812 shut out The Kicking Clique 16-0. The Pub blanked The Place 18-0 and Peaked in High School scored seven runs to beat The Kickaholics 7-3.

Hosmer’s Marina had the bye.

The schedule for this Sunday is as follows: Club 1812 versus Ogdensburg Bowl at 6 p.m. on the main field with The Pub squaring off versus The Kickaholics at 6 p.m. on the second field. Howie’s will face The Place at 7 p.m. on the main field while Peaked in High School will go against Hosmer’s Marina at 8 p.m. on the main field. Kicking Clique will have the bye.
