Born November 29, 1962 in Watertown, son of Ronald E. and Melba Brown Miner, he graduated from South Jefferson Central School in 1981. Following school he worked at the former Queens Farm Dairy in Pierrepont Manor. After they closed, he went to work for Schoeller Technical Papers, Inc, in Pulaski, retiring in 1998 due to his health.

He married Janice Steele of Pierrepont Manor on September 29, 1984. The couple lived in Pierrepont Manor most of their married life. They also had a camp at Brennan Beach RV Resort in the town of Richland where they enjoyed spending their summers.

Surviving besides his wife Janice, are two sons, Joseph (Heather) Miner, Watertown, Jared Miner, Pierrepont Manor; one daughter, Kaitlyn Miner, Pierrepont Manor; two sisters, Robin (Rus) Kellar, Brownville, Ronna (Pete) Kennison, Mich; father in law John Steele, Adams Center; mother in law Janet Steele, Adams Center; and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, two brothers, Lanny and Perry Miner and one sister, Penny Cross.

Todd enjoyed reading, playing cards and especially spending time with his family.

He was a member of the South Jefferson VFW Post 5344 Men’s Auxiliary.
