PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Village police charged Kendra C. Newman, 21, of Canton with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment - physical contact, petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief with intent to damage property and resisting arrest at 1:14 p.m. Tuesday on Maple Streetfollowing a domestic dispute. She allegedly damaged a jacket, stole a baseball cap and kicked an officer investigating the domestic dispute allegations.



SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Joann C. Ellis, 37, of Norfolk with speeding in a school zone (41/20) following a traffic stop at

8:50 a.m. Monday on Lawrence Avenue.
