DOG AT LARGE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Chelsea S. Wright, 17, of Potsdam with having a dog at large after responding to a report of a loose dog on Washington Street at 9:05 a.m. Friday. Police said they located the animal and its owner on Maynard Street.

FAILURE TO SIGNAL TURN - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Modesto Lizardi, 58, of Potsdam for failure to signal turn as required at 8:58 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Broad Street.

RED LIGHT VIOLATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged William M. Almond, 73, of Constable with a red light violation at 1:03 p.m. Friday after police said they observed his vehicle pass through a red signal while traveling westbound on Elm Street at Lawrence Avenue.

0207 Received complaint of subject leaving restaurant without paying for meal. Patrol responded.

0813 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call at A. A. Kingston Middle School.

0817 Traffic stop completed on Maple Street. No ticket issued.

0858 Traffic stop completed on Broad Street. Ticket issued. 0905 Received a report from a resident of Washington Street that a dog from Maynard Street had entered his property without its owner present. Patrol responded.

1020 Subject entered Potsdam Police Department and required fingerprints be taken for additional clearances at her place of employment.

1037 Potsdam Rescue Squad paged to provide a mutual aide standby at their station for Canton Rescue Squad.

1303 Traffic stop on Elm Street.Ticket issued.

1502 Patrols were summoned to a Market Street business for the report of a property damage collision that had occurred earlier in the day.

1811 Subject entered Potsdam Police Department with the paperwork necessary to obtain a handicapped parking placard.

2025 Noise complaint on Elm Street. Patrol responded.
